Mykonos Martini Bar

Another asset to the Belvedere’s differing world of microcosms is the Martini Bar. Situated by the pool alongside the Belvedere Bar, the David Rockwell Group NYC created this outstanding concept.

Akin to the idea of a Pandora’s Box full of adventure and mystique, the Martini Bar is housed within a box-like structure which -once opened- reveals a luxurious Martini Bar made up of very surprising materials, light fixtures and textures.

From within the Martini Bar, a sense of theatricality ensues, where Belvedere mixologists in white magician gloves concoct Martinis in a most performance type fashion. Inspired by a dance piece named "Vasos" conceived by Deborah Colker, the Brazilian dance choreographer, bartenders or performers move around the central bar piece, the glowing Martini Bar and vase stations, in a choreographed fashion whilst preparing a signature cocktail.

Uniforms are designed by the fashion designer Neil Barrett.

The king of cocktails, Dale DeGroff also contributes to the signature martini list, which includes impressive cocktails chilled with liquid nitrogen.
