Athens-based IODIO, one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, returns to Belvedere Hotel Mykonos for a second consecutive year, bringing its refined Greek seafood concept to the island.

Set against Belvedere’s iconic poolside backdrop, the pop-up celebrates the finest daily catch and vibrant Mediterranean flavours, elevated through the distinctive vision of two-Michelin-starred Chef Georgianna Hiliadaki.

 

From July 10th to August 23rd, guests can enjoy IODIO’s signature dishes alongside new Mykonian-inspired creations, making it one of the standout culinary highlights of the Mykonos summer.

 

Hosted around the vibrant Belvedere Pool Club, alongside Matsuhisa Mykonos IODIO adds a dynamic new layer to the hotel’s evolving culinary scene.
